I get my hair done there all the time and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The ladies there are always cutting up and are very pleasant. I've been places before where they made me feel very uncomfortable and out of place.
They were supposed to stack my hair but it's not even stacked in the back its just a big mess they took a big chunk out of my hair on one side and left it long on the other side and made like a V shape on the bottom in the back because they didn't cut it even its messed up I'm sorry to have to say this place is going down hill
My friend was getting her done for her wedding. I was paying for it. Her appointment was at 12 pm, she said I got one more person before you it's gonna be 15-20 more minutes. So she came back after 20 mins, she still wasn't ready. The lady did not start doing her hair till 12:48 pm exactly. Then while she was doing her crown braid she was pulling really hard on her hair. My friend wanted me to hold her hand. So I did, the whole time I was then the hair stylist and the one next to her was making fun of her. Making comments like "Are you sure you have birth naturally" or "are you sure you aren't two". Remind you this was a very special day for my friend since she was getting married. My friend was nervous as it is. They continued to make fun of her the whole time. Which was very unprofessional on their end. The hair did not even look like the photo! Will never do business their again!! WARNING, DO NOT GO THERE!!!
Well my friend was here to get her hair done for her wedding and this is something very important to a woman's life we showed the lady what she wanted and she did it and it didn't look like the picture!!!Also they were being very rude which was probably inappropriate to even say while working.
